Ogden has found itself on a host of national top rank lists including twice in Forbes as “Number 3 best city for raising a family in the United States” and “11th best city in the Nation to live in.” A strong combination of affordable homeownership and employment opportunities keeps Ogden top of mind when considering a new place to call home.  While Ogden is the 3rd largest metro area in Utah, it maintains its hometown feel with progressive master planning, community parks and green space, community and economic development initiatives and a wealth of opportunities to engage in arts, culture and events.

Ogden schools have a history of success.  There are fifteen elementary schools, four middle schools, two high schools and the city is home to Weber State University and Ogden/Weber Technical Applied College.  There are also multiple Charter Schools to consider when choosing a path for education.  Elementary school students standardized test scores are 40% above the national average and high school students receive more scholarship money than schools ten times their size.
